I have used the Personalisation Tool to configure slot 2 as described in the Windows-Login-YubiKey-Configuration.pfd.

The Logon Administration has been installed and system rebooted after enabling. When system restarted and Logon Administration started and User Account selected, the Configure button remains greyed out.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the reply! I have the same versions as the original poster and setting the NEO to only work in OTP mode (or OTP and CCID) did enable the Configure and Test buttons in the Logon Administrator.

For a test, I configured it for logon, which worked, and re-enabled U2F. When U2F was re-enabled, the NEO was not seen by Windows during logon.

To note, I have HMAC setup on slot 2 and don't know if that could be part of the issue.

It is a software issue, not a key issue and we are aware of that which means nothing is wrong with your Yubikey.

For the software someone is working on it.

Hi, is there any update on this issue yet? I'm experiencing exactly the same problem.

Please advise. Thanks so much.
