Hi,

beside other things, i'm using my Yubikey NEO as alternative for Google Autheniticator. Basically it works fine, but i'm not able to add more than exactly 10 credentials. I tested to do so under windows, linux and with the android app. If I try to add another credential I get the success message, but the new credential do not appear in the list. If I remove one of the credentials, I can add another, so it is not a problem with one of the services.

According to the official Yubico Authenticator User's Guide, Yubikey NEO is able to "store up to 28 OATH credentials".

So, do anybody has any idea what's the problem?
Is the number of credentials depending on settings or number of used slots or something like that?

Thanks,

Andy

I've currently stored 11 credentials.

I asked the support 1,5 years ago and was told:

I believe the number of credentials you can store in YubiOATH is somewhere around 1,000, so I doubt you'll ever reach the max. Haven't seen it yet!

I finally solved the problem by resetting the authenticator applet with the yubioath desktop tool. Now I am able to add more than 10 credentials.

Is there any other option to reset the applet? Yubico Authenticator for Mac currently crashes in 10.9.5.

The command-line version of YubiKey NEO Manager and opensc-tool can both do this:

Thanks!

Incidentally, I was trying to verify the install files with the 'sig' file, but could not pass beyond 'public key is not found' error. Where are the public keys?

If you're looking for the signing keys of our developers, they can be found here - https://developers.yubico.com/Software_ ... gning.html

I see many keys there. Does it mean I need to import all public keys there?

Also, there are PEM certificates for Mac software. How to verify such signed Mac downloads?
