I ordered a new Yubikey NEO yesterday hoping to get OpenPGP applet version 1.0.10. It just arrived and has version 1.0.8. Do you know when 1.0.10 will be shipping?

Also are there any plans to allow us to send in our old NEOs for updating?

From my conversation with customer support about getting a replacement:

I cannot guarantee devices shipped out before next Tuesday (April 28) will come with the newest applet, so I recommend waiting until Tuesday or Wednesday to place the order for your replacement.

And as discussed over here, you can get a replacement by opening a support ticket and providing information to customer support.
