Hello I have recently adquired a Yubikey Neo and I would like to develop an authentication server that works both using android and a pc (from the web browser).
I have already studied the fido u2f specification and downloaded the yubico validation server (u2fval) and yubico Android native app, and now I'm ready to get into work.
But I have the following doubts/problems:
Yubico's Android app uses the server located in "https://demo.yubico.com/u2f" to authenticate, that's ok. But it's that server a copy of "u2fval"?. Could I deploy a copy of the "u2fval" server running in my local machine and change the web address in the android app to directly authenticate against it?.
Is there any guide, tutorial or similar to run the "2fval" server?, the documentation found in the github page seems lacking to me, and I'm not able to connect to the server although I have installed all the dependencies.
I would appreciate any help regarding this matter.
Thank you very much
