I'm trying to allow login with sftp through typical GUI apps like filezilla to my CentOS server with PAM+OpenSSH. As far as I can tell, filezilla does not support putting in a password and a yubikey.

Does anybody know differently?

Alternatively, I'd like to be able to have my users enter a username in the username field and a password+yubikey in the password field (concatenate the two). Is that possible?

Nevermind! I didn't realize the PAM yubico module did exactly what I wanted. You type in your username and then password+yubikey concatenated.
