Proceeding according to instructions in "Windows Login Tool & YubiKey Config"

Received error message as follows: -
0x800c0008 - Error downloading
"https://www.yubico.com/dist/Yubikey-Client-API-Installer_x64.msi" to "L:\TEMP\yubico_client.msi.tmp": The download of the specified resource has failed.
A search of genuine Microsoft support websites for a knowledge base article on this error didn't return anything meaningful.
I have rebooted the PC and retried the installation .exe file with the same result.
Can anyone help?
This is now fixed.
Raised a support ticket and Yubico discovered that a link to the specified file had "moved".
They pointed me to where I could download the required file and after that the install process worked.
