The very first thing you are going to want to do is turn on two-factor authentication for your gmail account. Start out by going here:
https://www.google.com/landing/2step/Once you do that, your phone set up as your second factor (i.e.: code via text message), which is not optimal. What you want is to use your Neo-N as a token. To do that you need to enable U2F on your token. To do that follow this guide:
