Hi there,
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, but this is my first post and I just got my first YubiKey.
I received a standard YubiKey running on 2.2.3 firmware version. I'm using the current configuration:
Slot 1: Normal Yubi OTP Mode Slot 2: Static 32 alphanumeric password (programmed, using the advanced option on the YubiKey Personalization Tool).
Now my question is, is there away I can disable the automatic entry of the return key (carriage return) at the end of the static password?
I'm only asking because I plan to use my static password as part of my active directory username/password login, but plan for the password, that I type in part of the password myself and then finisih it off with the static password, so its kind of like a lazy and cheap'n'nasty two factor. Combining a password with something I know, and something I have, an example is below: <<MyManualPassword>><<YubiKeyStaticPassword>> eg: manualentry65Tyghfkelrkfju6gtbfrotgb5polgv
But, I would like it so that I have to press the 'Return' key on my keyboard myself.
Can this be achieved, and if so, how?
Thanks
