Please use the following link to generate the Client ID required for Yubico PAM module and various other applications:

https://api.yubico.com/get-api-key/

Please enter your email address and YubiKey OTP. This will generate a new Client ID and API Key for you. The generated Client ID then you can use for the PAM module configuration. Using the API Key is optional. If you want to use API Key, please visit the following link for more information:
