I can't seem to get Authenticator to work with either of my Yubikey4's. After several system restarts the Authenticator app still shows the "Insert a YubiKey screen..." screen. I can add new credentials, but I can only do so to a slot (Slot 2). After I add a credential to the Slot, I can only replace what's on Slot 2 instead of adding multiple credentials. I also can't change the credential name.

Based on the Authenticator Guide (https://www.yubico.com/wp-content/uploa ... tor_en.pdf), it seems like the screen I see to add credentials is for Yubikey Edge/Nano and not the Yubikey4. I'm sure it's user error. What am I doing wrong?

Installing the Yubikey NEO software seemed to fix the problem. No settings were changed using the software, but the installation process seemed to fix some underlying issue.
