I have a YubiKey NEO and just got a Surface Pro 3. I'm trying to set up the Logon Administration so I can use it to secure the account on the surface, and I have already set up the device in the Personalization Tool and the NEO manager.

However, I can't seem to configure it in the Logon Administration tool. The "Configure" button is greyed out. Additionally, the settings I select in the NEO manager don't seem to remain on the Yubikey (such as enabling/disabling U2F), though changing the name works.

How do I get the configure dialog to work in the Logon Administration tool?

I'm still having this issue, and a lot more.

First, the steps in the linked thread have done nothing to fix the logon administration tool, and it still will not let me configure my YubiKeys. I've tried every solution I could find on the forums and I'm rapidly losing track of what version of what software has been installed under what setting, with still nothing fixing it.

Additionally, installing HMAC on slot 2 of a YubiKey per the Windows Logon instructions seems to have removed its OTP capabilities (which was previously installed to slot 2), and not the customization tool is not permitting me to change it even though the serial number is being used as the security key. A second YubiKey is now rendered useless because LastPass didn't record my custom access key like I thought it did and not I can't ever reconfigure the slots.

It just seems like a lot of hassle to go through to try and troubleshoot a windows logon. None of the software seems to be working appropriately.
