I just got a Yubikey Neo and I was setting it up and it worked fine then about 20 min later I tried to use it, so I plugged it in and nothing happens it is only recognized by the Neo Manager but not the Personalization tool unless I change it to OTP. I have windows 7 and English keyboard US. Thank you |

Is this not intended behavior? The personalization tool, looking at it, seems to deal with OTPs. |

I have sent for an RMA but I wanted to say also that the device would not log my gmail in either and the lights would not work, basically it only worked in OTP mode |
