Can't install ykpersonalize CLI

Post subject:  Can't install ykpersonalize CLI
Hello, I am currently using a yubikey neo which I got about 1 week ago, everything has been fine up until this point. I wanted to set up openpgp so I downloaded ykpersonalize and all dependencies needed I am running ubuntu 15.10 but whenever I run make check install I get this output.
