Why am I still able to log into my computer (Windows 8.1) when the Yubikey Nano is removed even though I have installed the program and also programed my Nano correctly in the second slot. I have rebooted several times and uninstalled and reinstalled the API program twice and still does not seem to work. |

Tom, Thanks for the response. I was away for work and did not have internet access. I am now back and tried to install the update and got a message that this update is not valid for my computer. |

Here one fundamental question: Are you using a Microsoft Windows Account OR A local user? You have to switch to LOCAL LOGON if you want to use the Windows LogOn tool. |
