Noticed your php-u2flib-server code has quite a lot of dependencies:

  • mcrypt PHP extension
  • GMP PHP extension
  • OpenSSL PHP extension (currently only used to generate random numbers)
  • mdanter/ecc library
  • PHPseclib library.


Was wondering if it wouldn't be possible to use OpenSSL for the ECDSA validation as well (provided a recent version is installed), in favor of all the other depedencies.
