Hello
I have been using my yubikey for a period of time now and and I would like to use it with gnupg. This have been proven easier said than done unfortunately.
I took a look at the FAQ today and read "The YubiKey 4 will have a firmware version of 4.2.6 or later." I have 4.1.8 according to the YubiKey Personalization Tool.

Does this mean that I have received an edge-n?

Hello,

Please download the YubiKey NEO Manager https://developers.yubico.com/yubikey-neo-manager/

Make sure the CCID interface it is enabled. Where did you buy your YubiKey from and how long ago?

It's not possible to do (win 10) since the CCID mode isn't present. It was bought in Sweden from http://www.dustinhome.se in April.

Ok, that screenshot is self-explanatory.
It is reporting that it is a YubiKey EDGE and not a YubiKey 4. Thus not possible to use CCID.

You can find YubiKey 4 on Amazon and https://store.yubico.com

Thanks, I just needed to have it confirmed. It's marketed as a yubico nano 4 with support for RSA 4096 OpenPGP. I will contact them.
