Hello,

when the yubikey has generated the otp via totp mode it stops detecting the yubikey. The yubikey is detected only once. When I wait some minutes its working again. I tried closing all apps - this doen't help.

Another short question: I have added the accounts with typing the key manually. Now I cannot change the name of the account - how do I do this? As name there is displayed the credential (seed) - isn't this a security problem? I thought the credential is only stored to the yubikey!!

I'm using the latest version of yubico autenticator on an galaxy S5 device.

Thank You.

Best regards

Probably the NFC stack on your phone (Samsung Galaxy, perhaps?).

Regarding the credentials, you can't rename them. You have to choose the name you want when adding the credential, otherwise you need to delete the credential and re-add. Also, if you manually added a credential, you chose the name. It only autofills the name if you scan a QR code. No, it's not a security issue to list the login account name/e-mail address (but you're welcome to choose any name you want when you initially add the credential). This is covered in the documentation - https://www.yubico.com/wp-content/uploa ... tor_en.pdf

I tried to enable and disable NFC.
Do you have any hint what I can do?

You didn't understand me right towards the credential problem: I cannot choose the name. The name is NOT the account name / email address it IS THE CREDENTIAL!
What is going wrong? I think its not the intended behaviour.

I'm sorry I put in the wrong data-credential 2 times instead of credential and credential name...

I updated my phone from 5 to android 6 and now I dont have problems with nfc anymore.
