Just tried to use the personalization tools to change a static password in my second slot, but no matter what USB port I place the key into, it doesn't get recognized by the tools. The functions of the key work just fine (Cloud password and static password work just fine).

I'm using Windows 8 and have configured this key on this machine previously. It is a 2.2.3 Standard key.

Hello,

Are you using the latest version of the cross platform personalization tool available here: http://www.yubico.com/products/services ... tools/use/

Do you think you have the possibility to try on a different computer/tablet ?

Let us know.
Tom.

Yes, I am using the latest version.

I tried it on another PC and it worked, which is strange considering it work on this PC before.

Well, it is working on a different machine and, it was working on your machine before.
I would say that either you upgraded to a new OS and you need the latest USB driver (usually from NEC) or your USB has some problem.

We have report of customer who upgraded to windows 8 and experienced similar issue because they did not installed the latest USB driver.

Tom.
