In your php code, you can include the attached 'PEAR.php' file like this:
<?php require_once 'PEAR.php';
....
....
?>
PEAR.php is attached.

This is a good start. PEAR is somewhat an overkill for the rest of us. I'm in the process of porting the full-blown Yubico validation server from Java-based to PHP-based. I'll hope it's OK to do that based on your good work! Thanks a lot!
