Hello All I have recently started with yubikey neo and i'm pretty much a rookie in all the technicalites. I installed yubico authenticator 0.1.9 ( android ) for my neo token but unfortunately every time i swipe the token to my device it asks for display name and password. I don't knw the pasword and i'm all stuck here . how to proceed further ? is there any way I can reconfigure the password ?.... Any help will be really appreciated |

did you tried just pressing enter? There shouldn't be a password set by default. What serial number is your Yubikey NEO? |

Hey thanx Tom for the response but last day I figured out how to unlock that. Tried this demo link for the token (http://demo.yubico.com/ ) and was able to generate a password using two factor authentication with username. The yubico authenticator app then workd fine with that password and username. Saved me big time

I am sorry, i don't understand your answer. There is no connection whatsoever between the demo.yubico.com and the Yubico Authenticator application on Android. Tom. |
