I have managed to get my system working with auth gpg subkey on the Yubikey 4, and I can successfully login with ssh using it.

Though it didn't work for sftp using my regular application Transmit.
I have also tried Cyberduck with the exact same problems. The applications seems to not use gpg-agent.

sftp works fine from Terminal, and then behaves in the same way as when using ssh.

Is there a trick to fix it, or do anyone know of other gui apps that works with gpg-agent for sftp on OSX?

I have let the developers of Transmit know of my experiences (as I have paid for the software).

Have you updated CentOS recently - still working?
