I am new with Yubikey Neo and would like to develop an app using Java, but I am already stuck with the first step: how to get OTP when I touched the Yubikey Neo. I am creating an application using Java just for test that will get the OTP and show it back to user. Is there a simple example for that?

Thanks

If it is just the standard Yubico OTP implementation that you are looking for, then as soon as the contact is pressed and released, or held for 3 sec and then released if configured in slot 2, the Yubikey acts like a standard keyboard and outputs the OTP as keyboard events. Either using a text input or text capture method, you should be able to retrieve the OTP within a Java application.
