| Post subject: | more than one yubikey inserted |
I am new to this forum. I am trying to config my new yubikey Neo and I got the message "More than one yubikey inserted" on the Personalization tool (upper right corner of the app), when inserted the yubikey nano. What should I do to fix this issue? Thanks, |

Have you followed these steps? viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1519 In that case this is because that app is not yet aware of the mode you configured, since you configured something 'outside' the app. |

Simply remove one of the two (or more Yubikeys) you have inserted in your pc, just keep the one you want to configure. |
