Hello! I am interested in the Yubikey NEO Developer Edition.
I have been keeping a close eye on the blog since the post on July 18th
that mentioned it.
I've also been keeping an eye on the forums, and I recently saw this post:

Specifically, I am interested in compiling and loading my own OpenGPG
applet onto the NEO.
I want to be able to follow the steps outlined in this blog post:

I understand that after serial number 3000000, the production NEO's all
have unique card keys that do not allow modifying the installed applets. I
also understand that the NEOs do come with a variety of applets
preinstalled, however I am interested in loading my own custom applets, in
addition to not being locked out of my hardware.

Can you give me any information on the developer program, how it works, and
how to participate?
