Hello,
I can't seem to find how to erase slot 2.

I'm following the document below, and mis-configured slot 2. I'd like to erase this slot and retry.

Presently, I'm getting an error from YubiTOTP.exe that "Both configurations are set. Cannot program"

Hello Albuqueb,

Sorry just a clarification, you get that error from the TOTP app or from the personalization tool while configuring the Yubikey?

Hi Tom, thanks for your response. The message is from the TOTP application and not from the Yubikey personalization tool. I read some where referring to the ability to use the personalization tool to erase a slot but I'm not able to determine exactly how to do this. I tried writing all '00's (without pressing the 'generate' button') but this doesn't erase the slot as I get the same message. I entered the Google key as a static password but on trying to retrieve it through the TOTP application, I get a message 'Failed to retrieve TOTP'.

Hello.

To erase the contents of a slot use the "Cross-Platform Personalization Tool", enter the "Tools" menu and the "Delete Configuration" sub menu.

Thanks for your reply.

I have version 3.0.2 of the personalization tool. Under tools I do not see an sub-menu for '"Delete Configuration".

All I see is the 'Number Converter' tool.

Ah, yes. That was added in version 3.1.2, so if you download the latest version from http://www.yubico.com/products/services ... tools/use/ you should be fine.
