Post subject:  Revoke System - No email received

Hello,

two days ago I received my Yubikeys, so I wanted to register them at the revoke system. According to the website, I should have received some kind of email afterwards. Unfortunately there has been none, I checked my inbox and spam-filter/spam folder.

Now I cannot login as I get a verification error due to the not confirmed email. Whenever I try to register again, the website tells me that the key and username are already in the database.

What can I do now? Could you please delete the dormant account or resend the activation-email?

Hello Tom,

thank you for your message. I wrote to your support but unfortunately got no answer yet. Just wanted to resend my request, but now my emails are rejected by your google-mail.

Any advice?

Thank you. I just wanted to, but unfortunately, PM system seems to be deactivated for me:
"We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature. "

It's really getting complicated. Do you have another e-mail address (preferably not at google as my email to your support still gets rejected) I can send my message to?

EDIT:
Ah.. wait. That last message saying me 'I cannot PM' just enabled PM for me. You got to love IT sometimes...

It is an anti-spam feature to prevent newly registered users to start spamming PMs around.


After all this is a forum community users are supposed to interact, share knowledge and opinions.

Ah okay.

Though it was a nice coincidence that just the message about the PM system pushed the counter over the internal limit and unlocked PMs.

Anyway. I sent you a PM with my e-mail to support that had been rejected.
