I wonder why the Yubikey do not have a cap to protect the contacts from accident, electrostatics might damage the electronics, especially when it is attached to a key ring together with car keys. Everyone has experience of electrostatics when touching the metal parts of a car for example particularly with seat draped in fabrics. |
