I tried my old YubiKey with an (iPad) Camera Connection Kit but it gives me a warning that it is not supported although it works. The green LED stays powered until plugged out though. Also, the onscreen keyboard will disappear.
Are these three issues solved with the YubiKey Nano?
Too bad iConnectionKit is going nowhere. (CCK for JB iPhone)
Oh... I cannot use it with the LastPass app yet, it seems. (it doesn't support YubiKey authentication) Perhaps send a message to implementers that they should prepare for it. (iPad only for now. Haven't tried iOS 6 on my iPhone yet though)

It is usual behavious - as the YubiKey presents itself as a Keyboard - and the iPad displays this warning for any non-apple keyboard. However, on dismissing the dialogue, the YubiKey will emit an OTP to the iPad. The YubiKey needs to be removed so that the on-screen keyboard returns.
