I've got some strange problems with my new shiny Yubikey 4. gpg doesn't detect it:

So OTP and CCID is enabled, this shouldn't be the problem. When I try to install the OpenPGP applet according to this guide:
http://forum.yubico.com/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1344, I get the following error:
