Hi together,

I've developed a personalization tool for Mac OS X and want to share it with you.
You can find the software on:
http://leveldown.de/yubikey.html

If you have any critics, problems, ideas or questions feel free to write it here, so I can fix it :-)

I'm planning to make the whole thing open source as soon as the code is stable enough to let other people mess around in it.

Cheers,

Thomas Roth

Confirmed issue.

We've kindly asked Thomas @ Leveldown to take a look at it. We hope to have a fix ready soon.

It appears to be a similar issue with the Linux tool and we expect to have a fix ready there as well soon.

I hereby confirm that there are also issues with the Linux tool. The Linux tool can't be used on the new YubiKey v 2.1. firmware.

I hope Thomas @ Leveldown will have this fixed soon, since I can't personalize my YubiKey and therefore can't use it.

Regards,
Egbert

Hi together!

I'm sorry for my late answer, but I've fixed the Yubikey 2.1.1 issue ~1 month ago, it was related to a bug in the configuration library. You can still find it at http://leveldown.de/yubikey.html!

Kind regards,

Thomas Roth

Hi,

I am running Snow Leopard and I received two RFID yubikey, but the personalization tool do not recognize them. Any ideas why and if there is a workaround to make it work?

Advance Thanks.

Bye

There are several people who have problems with the new RFID Yubikey. I'm working on that, but as I don't have a RFID Yubikey, I'm looking for someone who is using Mac OS X and is able to build the ykpersonalize tool from Yubikey himself for sending me some information.

Kind regards,

Thomas Roth

The Mac personalization tool doesn't recognise my Yubikey running FW 2.2.1

Is there a way to get it working?

Cheers

I just got my yubikey yesterday and was excited to try out your software. I tried both versions, and neither recognize my key. Hope you get this working soon as I don't have administrative access to any windows computers. Until then, I patiently await your software.

It looks great by the way.
