Hi everyone,
I'm glad to announce you that i've released a patched version of SimpleID, a PHP-based OpenID provider (http://simpleid.sourceforge.net) which includes Yubikey support.

You can grab it at : http://github.com/adedommelin/simpleid-yubikey

I'll contact the upstream author to see if he's interested in including this feature in the main release, otherwise, i'll keep updating this repository with new upstream releases.

The actual version of simpleid-yubikey is based on the latest release available on the website (0.7.1).

Enjoy !

Alexandre De Dommelin

Any progress on this? I notice the github link above is now dead. A quick search of github didn't find simpleid-yubikey in another users's account. SimpleID upstream is now at 0.8.3. I'd be interested in looking into this, maybe updating your patch to the latest version. I use simpleid as my primary openid provider and am considering putting it behind a client SSL certificate. But a yubikey based login would be a nice touch, be handy on untrusted terminals.

Clemens emailed me to let me know he'd written a Yubikey SimpleID plugin that works with SimpleID 0.8.5 and 0.9. The source is at
https://github.com/neverpanic/simpleid-yubikey
and the plugin is also listed at
http://simpleid.koinic.net/documentatio ... extensions

It's unrelated to the code mentioned above (which is no longer available as far as I can tell).

Clemens doesn't have a Yubico connected yubikey so can't post in this forum.
