Hi,

I recently bought my second Yubikey and am now the proud owner of a basic key and an RFID key.

I have an API key for the first (original) key, but want to use my new Yubikey with the same internal name (held as $username in the snippet below):

Code:
if (md5 (substr ($P, 0, 12).":".$username) == $token_id)

Do I need a new API key, or can I use the original one?

Anyone?

The API key only protects the communication between you and the validation server.

You can use the API key with any YubiKey, so you do not need a second API key for your second YubiKey.

/Fredrik
