| Post subject: | Possible to run Yubico TOTP Generator off a USB drive? |
I just set up my yubikey to generate TOTP from slot 2 with the help of the Yubico TOTP Generator, which is installed on my desktop. If I load this the TOTP Gen. program on a USB Thumb drive, can I run it from whatever computer I find myself at (provided it allows me to run things from USB)? |

Looks like it should work - but... The config appears to be stored in the registry, which means that every time you fire it up on a new system you're going to have to change the config to use the correct config and TOTP length. The only other alternative would be to create a .reg file with the right settings, and then "run" that to update the registry for the current user. |
