This bug is now fixed. Please read below if you are experiencing this issue.

There are two possible scenarios:

1) If you do not have the Windows LogOn tool installed.
- Visit http://www.yubico.com/applications/computer-login/windows/windows-login/ and download the Windows LogOn program. Install the software and configure it. Everything will work out of the box. NOTICE: the new version of the Windows LogOn tool will be available from the 21th of February 2013 16:00 GMT +1

2) If you have the Windows LogOn already installed
- Download and install the updated COM API from http://www.yubico.com/develop/open-source-software/low-level-library/
The api are located at the bottom right corner of the page, please select the 32 or 64 bit version accordingly.

I am using some Yubikeys for Windows Logon with following OSes
1) Windows 7 HP x64 Eng
2) Windows 7 HP x64 Rus

I have tried any possible combinations to logon with my keys:
1) Yubikey Standard 2.3.3 - works fine
2) Yubikey Nano 2.4.0 - works fine
3) Yubikey Neo 3.3.0 - not configurable (mode: "OTP+U2F" and "OTP+CCID+U2F")

In last (Yubikey Neo) case I have installed an updated for Yubikey Clients for x64 that you provided earlier. I restarted machine many times but Yubikey Neo do not configurable.

There are users which work with Google Apps and Windows Apps simultaneously. They have to use two keys (OTP + U2F).

We have no plan to purchase old Yubikey Standard keys but Yubikey Neo only.
Please, provide a viable solution for Windows Logon with Yubikey Neo keys.

Same problem. After picking the user, the "Configure" button remains disabled.

Windows 8.1 x64

Yubikey Neo 3.3.0

Personalization Tool v3.1.18 shows all features supported (green check marks). Configured Slot-2 for HMAC-SHA1 challenge response.

Yubikey Neo Manager 1.1.0 shows OTP+U2F+CCID are enabled.

YubiKey Client API 1.2.0
YubiKey Logon 1.0.0.7

Please advise.

I'm having the same issue. Just got my Yubikey NEO firmware 3.3.7, running on Windows 7 Pro x64.

I don't see the "configure" button for any of the found account in YubiKey Logon Administrator.

I have rebooted a few times and reinstalled the latest app and pre-reqs.

Please advise.

I am experiencing the same. Did anyone create a ticket already? I found a reference to yubiclient.zip which is supposed to solve the issue, but there is a 404 error instead of the file download.

Only partially solved for me.

I've bought a Yubikey Neo-N with CCID support and U2F. Firmware version 3.3.0

Running on Windows 7 x64, all patched up.

Updated the COM api as instructed above, cannot find the patches that were mentioned in other posts.

The key is seen fine in the Windows Personalization tool V3.1.1.8, and the configuration adjusted. Can also see and adjust in the NEO manager.

HMAC-SHA1 configured as usual in slot 2 (which works for windows login with standard Yubikey).

Now the Neo-N is seen in the Windows Login Administrator but only if the U2F support is disabled. It works with or without CCID enabled.

This is really unsatisfactory, since the U2F support was why I bought the Neo-N.

Thanks, I loaded the latest versions from the website, and the ones I am using are:

Windows login: YubiKeyLogon.exe 26/2/2015, 1,639kB
(the version you linked is 20/3/2015, 1,639kB)

API: Yubikey-Client-API-Installer_x64.msi 14/3/2015, 1,542kB
(the version you linked is 20/3/2015, 1,534)

I take it I should substitute these, yes?

I cannot find hashes for these images, do they exist? A clearer areas for downloads with release notes and hashes would really help.
