I protect the key with a serial number but now I can't reset it
any idea?

Turn off CCID (with YubiKey NEO Manager). Do want you want using YubiKey Personalization Tool, and turn CCID back again. My NEO is old so I have no idea if you have turn off U2F or not. At least when I leave only OTP mode then YubiKey Personalization Tool works correctly. |
