Hello,
If you want to setup a very low power open source RADIUS strong two factors authentication server, you can download a ready to use optimized Raspberry Pi binary image of multiOTP open source here:
http://download.multiotp.net/raspberry/. It has been optimized after the workshop given at the "Application Security Forum" and it is very responsive (less than 1 second both for basic web GUI and command line edition).

Of course, you can import your YubiKeys definition using the log file of the YubiKey Personalization Tool (log file output must be in the Traditional format). multiOTP open source supports Yubico OTP, but also OATH-HOTP with or without OATH Token Identifier (and any OATH-HOTP and OATH-TOTP compatible tokens too).
Of course, any feedback is welcome!
Best regards, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
