Post subject:  [BUG] adding radius client in 3.6.1

I have run into a strange bug when trying to add a specific radius client to the Yubiradius server (3.6.1)
Adding the IP results in : Failed to add the RADIUS Client : Invalid Client IP Address '81.246.110.72/32'
This specific IP gave me no problem in previous versions.
I have tried to add it to two new installations, both 3.6.1, both refuse this specific IP.
They do however accept other IP addresses, private and public, just not the one mentioned above.

Im pretty sure its a problem in the code somewhere, validating the ip address input field.
Recreating the error should be simple, just try to add that IP to your 3.6.1 machine.

Can someone please confirm they see the same behaviour in their 3.6.1 machine ?
It would reasure me in my findings.
Just try and add 81.246.110.72/32 as a radius client.
(should it work for you, you can delete it inmediatly after)

So the new image is patched but the release number is the same ?
Should it not be a new point release ?
