Hi,

I have been trying to set up my YubiKey for Windows Login on my Laptop with Windows 10 with absoultely zero luck.

The configuration and setup went without any errors, but when rebooting, there is no option for the YubiKey on the Lock/Login Screen of Windows 10, instead I still have to enter my password. I have my Microsoft Account set up, could this be the problem?

My configuration of Slot 2 on my YubiKey does not have "Require user input (button press)".

Could anyone give me assistance with this problem?

(1) Microsoft accounts are not supported. This can only be added to Local Windows accounts.

(2) If implemented successfully on a Local Windows account, you still need to type in your normal password. Obviously you could change your Local account password to blank and then you would only need the YubiKey to be plugged in, but the Windows Login Tool doesn't negate the presence of a password on the account.
