In the YubiKey Personalization Tool why do all "Generate" buttons not work? (I checked on all tabs).
(I cannot set up the OATH-HOTP for the KeePass2 because of this).

Application Version 3.1.15
Library Version: 1.15.3
Build Timestamp: Sep 11 2014 15:30:31

Windows 7 Home Premium // Version 6.1 (Build 7601: SP1)
