We would appreciate if you can provide us the following information:

    1) The error output you are seeing, when running
    Code:
    # php install.php

    and
    Code:
    # php utils.php

:) That's the whole issue, there is no output.. Just a new prompt...

We are not able to reproduce the problem you are facing.
We would appreciate if you can provide us the following information:

    1) Source code related to Yubico management and validation server from your web root
    2) Operating System details on which you are trying to install the YMS server
    3) Name and version of the http server you are using
    4) PHP and MySQL server version details


This will enable us to quickly identify the problem you are facing and to provide a possible solution.
