It would be nice if YubiClip could work via a custom keyboard, similar to KeePass2Android. With their keyboard, when you have an entry selected, it gives you a button for username, and a button for password, and bypasses the clipboard entirely. Ideally, if the hypothetical YubiClip custom keyboard was active, tapping a yubikey would trigger YubiClip to trigger the keyboard to type it out, including the "Enter", instead of needing the extra paste step.

Admittedly, KeePass has more security implications from using the clipboard than an OTP would have, since if an app sniffs the OTP from the clipboard, it wouldn't be useful for very long, but it would be a nice option to have. Plus I feel like paste gets a bit finicky for me from time to time on android (in the sense of needing a few tries to trigger the context-menu with the paste option).
