Hi,

Via the Yubikey Personalization tool I try to configure my Yubikey.
I get always the message "YubiKey could not be configured. Perhaps protected with configuration protection access code?".
I have the same message with my Yubikey standard.
What i'm doing wrong?
Tx

Michel

Possibilities:

(1) The Personalization Tool needs to be run as administrator / sudo.

(2) You set a configuration protection access code when programming a credential into one of the slots. If you have, any time you attempt to make a change you need to authenticate using the access code.

3) You are trying to write a credential to a configuration slot that already contains a credential (at the top right of the Personalization Tool, it will say which slots are configured). If so, go to Tools > Delete Configuration, delete the configuration slot that you want to overwrite, then go back and attempt to program the credential again.

Hi,

Tx for your answer, but when I go to Tools / Delete Configuration, and I select Configuration Slot 2, and I push on Delete, I get the same error "Yubikey could not be configured. Perhaps protected with configuration protection access code?".
