Just purchased the Yubikey NEO. None of the main features not working! Very bad product!

Possibly not the product at all and poor handling or damage maybe?

I myself have a NEO and worked well once I set it to Mode 3 and I'm using it daily for OTP, OpenPGP and Google accounts. It's not the product at large but possibly your specific device.

As the Yubikey Neo Manager tool is reporting, you have a Standard Yubikey version 2.2.1

That devices has none of the features you are looking for, only support for OTP, Challenge Response, static password.

You may want to look at the YubiKey 4 platform,

He's using a standard yubikey version 2.2.1, sure, but he doesn't want a 4, he wants a NEO. Those are Android phone screenshots above so I assume he's looking for NFC compatibility, and 4 doesn't have that yet, only the NEO does.

I would buy a YubiKey 4, but I already went to "NEO", besides you don't have delivery to my country, Amazon cannot deliver. Official dealer in my country writes that ended and when are not known.

Hello,

That is not a YubiKey NEO.

That is a very old YubiKey RFID which has been discontinued few years ago and does not have any of the feature you are looking for.

The YubiKey NEO has "3 radio waves" on the golden disk.

Please check this image:

Good catch, Tom! I had no idea that product ever existed.
