What's the current firmware version of the Neo? Mine is showing 2.4.2, and "Ndef" is showing an "X" under features supported on the personalization tool.

Having trouble getting it to read via NFC. Not sure if this is related.

Any ideas?

If your firmware version is 2.4.2, you don't have a NEO but a standard Yubikey.

You can recognize a NEO by the wireless logo on the golden button.

Ah, k. That would explain why it wasn't working. Looks like they shipped me the wrong model.
