I have been using my yubikey black for about two weeks but every 3 days or so it seems to fail authentication and i have to reset it via the yubikey personalisation tool. Its a bit frustrating, am i doing something completely wrong? I am using Yubikey OTP to set this up. I use it mainly for Lastpass login. |

Dear Capricornious, Please, do the following. If your Yubikey is failing visit http://demo.yubico.com and check if you get a replied OTP error. Is your Yubikey under warranty ? If that is the case, please contact support@yubico.com and point them to this thread. They will provide you with the necessary information to troubleshot and replace your Yubikey. |
