Hello,

Sorry for my english, I am French! :D
I installed the software without difficulty, but when opening the management software with administrator session, the user list is empty.
So I followed some advice on the forum by creating a new administrator account, and a new user session. Then I tried to configure the software from these sessions, the result is the same: the list is empty.

What can I do?

1st - confirm you are using a local account for your system. Domain/Enterprise user accounts will not show up.

2nd - confirm all the components are installed. If necessary, uninstall the Yubico Windows Login Tool and Windows COM API and re-install them. This should not be more difficult then running the installer.

3rd - Details on why he had issues installing the app to begin with would be useful for troubleshooting.

4th - be careful with the enable in safe mode options, this will allow anyone to boot your machine in safe mode and logon. Before disabling this ensure that it is working!!!!!!!
