hello, I am thinking of using my two yubikeys neo to use full hd bitlocker encryption with yubikey neo and static password at slot 1. At the moment is Yubico OTP at slot 1 and slot 2 ist still used fpr c&r at my 2 yubikeys. Did I understand right that the yubico authenticator via NFC or PC does not need a certain mechanism at slot 1 or 2 so authenticator will work even the two slots are used for other things e.g. static pw at slot 1 and c&r at slot 2? So will I be able to write the same static password (same pw parameters at personalization tool and write configuration for each yubikey) at slot 1 at my two yubikeys for decrypting bitlocker? regards and thanks |

Yubico Authenticator uses the OATH applet (YubiKey 4 and YubiKey NEO only) for storing credentials, so they are not related to slot 1 / slot 2. |
