On two pages on yubico.com, hyperlinked text says it links to an app that will let you use non-NEO Yubikeys with OAUTH-TOTP. But it doesn't. In both cases, the link is to
https://www.yubico.com/applications/ -- applications that support Yubikey,
not that you need to use Yubikey.
