Post subject:  [BUG] Salesforce communities user can't manage Yubikeys
[BUG] Salesforce communities external user (having delegated administrator rights) gets error when trying to manage Yubikeys for other communities users

Our customer who needs a Salesforce communities portal would like to manage Yubikeys for his employees. Currently Salesforce is showing below copy pasted error to the user and attached exception log when the delegated administrator clicks on the link "Manage Yubikeys" for other users. The same page works well with his own user. Most probably the problem should have been inside the Apex controller class PersonalKeyManagementController.

Hello,

Could you check the following to see if it will fix the issue?
1. User profile not having access to the VisualForce pages that is part of the app.
2. Could you confirm if the same issue is not present if the user is not using a communities license?

Please also check if the Login Flow is connected to the user profile
