Hi,
I configured my neo to work with the Android app. When I present the card to a Nexus 5 the app says that there is an empty credentials list.

So, I'm trying to run the configuration software but when I try to read my yubikey in Win7 x64, the app shows "There is no Yubikey present". I'm also confused about all the different options.

Although the manual explains the options it doesn't really explain what they actually do. Is there a "getting started" type of guide? Thanks.

Please contact support@yubico.com they will assist you with your Yubikey not being detected and guide you.
